Kinnairdy Castle is some eight miles down river from Huntly. The fishing is on the left bank only and the beat is about one mile long with six named pools; it is let as a two rod beat. The owner reserves the right to fish a third rod, but this is not often used. Fly fishing and spinning is permitted. Worming is permitted only from June to September.
