Nith – Mid Nithsdale Angling Association

3.5 miles of mostly double bank fishing. The Mid-Nithsdale Angling Association beat offers a good mixture of deep holding pools,runs and flats which provide lovely lies and sparkling streams. It has 18 main holding pools. This allows fly, spinning and worm fishing to be carried out when water conditions are suitable for each method. This beat has an excellent balance of fishings, combining good spring sea trout runs with the summer/autumn salmon and grilse.
